Winged outlet profile — the top guide-wing structure helps define airflow direction and provides a clearer installation reference than a plain flat outlet body.

Adjustable air gap: 0.2 – 4.0 mm. The same air knife can be set for controlled surface cleaning, normal drying, or stronger water blow-off.

Three inlet position options: air inlet from both ends, from the side, or from the bottom. This gives C-A flexibility for pipe routing and machine integration.

Φ32  /  Φ38  /  Φ45  /  Φ51 inlet options — suitable for different blower pipe sizes and airflow requirements.

Factory-customizable length 50 – 4000 mm with High-Temp Silicone Gasket Seal (≤250°C) and full OEM/ODM support. Each unit can be built according to drawings, samples, or written equipment requirements.

Product Structure & Working Principle

C-A-Air-Knife-Design-drawings 

50W × 100H mm aluminum alloy extrusion forms a balanced body with an integrated winged outlet section for airflow guidance and mounting reference.

Air can enter from both ends, from the side, or from the bottom. The side and bottom inlet drawings show M8 threaded fixing positions for secure installation.

The Φ32  /  Φ38  /  Φ45  /  Φ51 inlet choices allow the air supply to match different pipe systems. For custom lengths from 50 – 4000 mm, the internal chamber distributes air before it reaches the outlet.

The internal path guides air from the plenum into the winged outlet area, where the flow is accelerated into a controlled flat air sheet.

The outlet edge size is adjustable from 0.2 – 4.0 mm. Operators can tune airflow intensity with the edge screws without disassembling the full air knife.

High-Temp Silicone Gasket Seal (≤250°C) is used at the end sealing positions to reduce leakage and support stable operation in heated or continuous drying processes.
