Product Structure & Working Principle

• The 50W × 100H mm PVC body forms the main internal chamber. PVC is selected when corrosion resistance and material compatibility matter more than metal body strength.

• Process fluid or air can enter from both ends, from the side, or from the bottom. This supports different pipe routes in wet-process and cleaning equipment.

• After entering the body, the supply medium fills the internal chamber and is distributed along the full custom length, including long units up to 3000 mm.

• The internal path guides the medium toward the narrow outlet, helping form a controlled sheet or line output for rinsing, flooding, cleaning, or distribution work.

• The 0.6 – 1.0 mm outlet edge supports stable, narrow delivery. It is suitable when the process needs a controlled outlet rather than a wide open flow.

• The drawing shows end plates at both ends. The gasket or seal material is not specified and should be confirmed before production if chemical resistance is critical.
