Product Structure & Working Principle

• The 55W × 125H mm PVC body forms the main air chamber. PVC is selected for environments where corrosion resistance is more important than metal body strength.

• Air can enter from both ends, from the side, or from the bottom. The drawing also shows M10 markings, which should be confirmed during final mounting or interface design.

• After entering the body, air fills the internal plenum. The chamber helps distribute the air supply along the full custom length, including long units up to 3000 mm.

• The internal airflow path guides air from the plenum toward the outlet edge and converts chamber pressure into a thin air sheet for drying, cleaning, and blow-off work.

• The 0.1 – 4.0 mm adjustable outlet edge allows the operator to set air volume and impact level for different surfaces, liquid loads, and working distances.

• The drawing shows end plates at both ends. The gasket or seal material is not specified in the drawing and should be confirmed before production if chemical resistance is critical.
