Product Structure & Working Principle

The 50W × 115H mm aluminium alloy body provides a stable chamber for continuous hot-air or blower-air delivery on drying and blow-off lines.

Air can enter from both ends, from the side M6 inlet, or from the bottom inlet. This allows the same body style to fit different machine directions and pipe routes.

After entering the body, air first fills the internal plenum. The chamber helps balance pressure along the full custom length, especially on long units up to 4000 mm.

The internal airflow path guides air toward the outlet edge and converts chamber pressure into a thin, high-speed air sheet for surface drying and cleaning.

The 0.5 – 1.5 mm adjustable outlet edge gives finer airflow control for sensitive surfaces, smaller parts, and processes that need stable drying without excessive air consumption.

Both ends use High-Temp Silicone Gasket Seal (≤250°C) to reduce leakage and keep the air chamber sealed during continuous heated-process operation.
