System Structure & Working Principle

Product conveying — parts enter the machine on a SUS304 mesh belt. The open belt structure supports the product while allowing airflow and removed water to pass through.

Air supply — high-speed centrifugal blowers deliver continuous airflow through the system piping to the air knife array.

Airflow conversion — the fluid-accelerating air knives convert blower air into concentrated sheet airflow directed toward the wet surfaces.

Multi-directional water removal — upper and lower knives can be staggered or angled to sweep water from flat faces, edges, recesses and other target areas.

Water containment — the splash enclosure limits water scatter, while the lower collection structure separates water from the blower and electrical area.

Controlled discharge — products leave the drying zone at a repeatable line speed for inspection, assembly, coding, labeling, packaging or the next process.

Main System Components

SUS304 mesh conveyor — effective width, total length, support structure and line speed are selected according to product dimensions, weight and production capacity.

Drying enclosure — SUS304 splash panels and protective transparent panels provide process visibility while helping contain water inside the blow-off zone.

Air knife array — upper, lower or application-specific air knife positions can be configured with different lengths, working distances and angles.

Centrifugal blower module — blower quantity and rating are matched to the number and length of air knives, piping resistance and required duty point.

Adjustment mechanism — selected designs can include manual angle adjustment or electric lifting for upper air knives when product height changes.

Electrical control — conveyor and blower controls can be centralized; supplied drawings show touchscreen-based operation with Chinese and English interface requirements.

Line integration — infeed height, discharge height, equipment direction and upstream/downstream connection can be adapted for a new line or retrofit project.

FAQ

Q:Is this a fixed standard machine?

A:No. The drawings show reference configurations. Conveyor dimensions, blower quantity, air knife arrangement and controls are selected for the actual application.

Q:Can the system dry both sides of a product?

A:Yes. A mesh conveyor allows upper and lower air knives to treat both sides during one pass when product stability and support are suitable.

Q:Does the system require heated air?

A:The supplied reference designs use high-velocity blower airflow and do not document a heater. Any temperature requirement must be evaluated separately before quotation.

Q:Can it be added to an existing line?

A:Yes. Please provide the existing conveyor width, line height, speed, direction, available footprint, product information and site photographs.

Q:How is the number of air knives selected?

A:Selection depends on product width and geometry, line speed, drying-zone length, water load, working distance and the blower operating point. More knives do not automatically produce better drying if airflow is not matched.
