Attention

1. Protect the Air Gap.

The system's air blower and your process will work best if the incoming air is clean. Install a basic filter (e.g., 40 micron) before the air inlet to stop large dirt or particles. These particles can damage the inside of the air knife and block the air gap.

2. Check Your Air Supply.

Before connecting, confirm your air supply matches the product's pressure rating. A steady, dry air supply is needed for consistent performance and to prevent internal moisture problems.

3. Install Correctly for Your Process.

For the best drying result, position the air knife correctly. The ideal distance from the target is typically 5-20mm. The center of the air slot should be aimed directly at the area you need to dry.

4. Factory Calibration is Standard.

Every unit is carefully calibrated at our factory for a balanced, even airflow across the full width. The inlet width is preset. Do not attempt to adjust it yourself. If a different setting is needed, contact our support team. We will recalibrate it for you to ensure it continues to perform as specified.

5. Regular Cleaning is Required.

Over time, dust or light oil can build up inside the air passage. Check and clean the air inlet and the gap opening during regular machine maintenance to keep performance at its best.
