Avoid colliding with the blade edge. Ensure the medium used is free of excessively coarse impurity particles to prevent blockage or damage to the blade edge. The width of the air outlet has been calibrated according to customization requirements before the product leaves the factory. If any change is necessary, please contact our company.
Limitations & Comparison:
1.It is not suitable for long-term high-temperature (>150°C) or strong corrosive environments; stainless steel or titanium alloy can be used as alternatives.
2.In high-humidity or acid-alkali gas environments, the anti-corrosion layer needs regular maintenance.
3.If extremely high-intensity impact airflow is required, titanium alloy or fan-pressurized structures can be considered.
Installation Instructions:
It is recommended that the air outlet be 10–30mm away from the workpiece, ensuring that the air flow covers it evenly. Air can be supplied from one side, or the bottom.
Recommendations:
If the operating environment involves high temperature, high humidity, or corrosive media, it is recommended to choose a stainless steel air knife; if the ultimate pressure resistance and structural strength are pursued, the titanium alloy series can be considered.
