BC-Type Adjustable High-Power Air Knife. Features thickened blades with adjustable blade dimensions. Customers can customize blade size according to requirements. Primarily used in various airflow drying systems and air knife drying systems.
The BC-type adjustable high-power air knife is widely used in various water drying processes across industries such as ultrasonic cleaning, glass washing machines, circuit boards, electroplating, coating, spray painting, non-ferrous metal sheet production, wire manufacturing, and thin plate production. It can also be employed for barrier-free isolation of hazardous gases, dust, and hot/cold air, as well as for drying paper during printing, post-printing drying, rapid heating, thawing, and high-temperature sterilization of food and pharmaceuticals.
Schematic Diagram of B-C Adjustable High-Pressure Air Knife Structure:

Installation Instructions:
It is recommended that the air outlet be 10–30mm away from the workpiece, ensuring that the air flow covers it evenly. Air can be supplied from one side, both ends, or the bottom.
Recommendations:
If the operating environment involves high temperature, high humidity, or corrosive media, it is recommended to choose a stainless steel air knife; if the ultimate pressure resistance and structural strength are pursued, the titanium alloy series can be considered.
